Accessibility
We want everyone to be able to use this site. This page says honestly where we are.
Our goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We have not had an accessibility audit, so we do not claim to meet it yet.
What we have done
- The main pages work in English, Arabic (right-to-left), Finnish, Spanish and French.
- The menu can be opened with a keyboard.
- Pages are built to fit phone screens.
- Images have text descriptions, or are marked as decorative.
Known issues
- Health topic pages are in English only for now.
- Data dashboards are embedded from Tableau Public. We have not tested them with screen readers.
- Translations have not all been checked by native speakers.
Tell us
If something is hard to use, please contact us and tell us the page and the problem.
