Newsletter

If you subscribe, we store your email address, the language of the page you used, the time you signed up and that you ticked the consent box. We use this only to send one evidence-based update per month on AI in dentistry. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in each email or by writing to hello@digitaloralhealth.com.

Contact form

If you send a message, we store your name, email address, message, the topic you chose, the page language and the time you sent it, only to reply to you. Messages are deleted within 12 months.

Where it is stored

Submissions are kept in a private storage area on Vercel (our hosting provider) in the Frankfurt (EU) region and are not shared or sold. To limit spam, the server briefly keeps a one-way hash of your IP address in memory; it is not saved. Like any web host, Vercel may process technical request data (such as IP addresses) to deliver and secure the site.

Embedded dashboards

Interactive Tableau dashboards load only when you click “Load the interactive dashboard”; Tableau’s own privacy policy then applies.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time: email hello@digitaloralhealth.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in Finland, the Data Protection Ombudsman).
