This section will hold teaching cases. No cases are published yet. Below is the template each case will follow.
This is general information, not a diagnosis. It does not replace a check by a dentist or doctor. If you are worried, contact a dental professional.
Case template
- Title and learning goals.
- Consent and anonymisation statement (required before publishing).
- Presentation: history and findings, with no personal details.
- Images, only with written consent and removed metadata.
- Questions for the reader.
- Discussion with cited sources.
- Take-home points.
- Author, clinical reviewer and review date.
We will not invent or adapt real patient stories. Cases will only be added with consent and clinical review.
